Once Strong Bad starts typing and the name Kerrek comes up you can click on it and bring up a StrongBad drawing of Trogdor smoting Kerrek.

Once you see Homsar, you can click on the light switches for some cool light effects, like in Strong Bad Email #45.

Wait a while before clicking on anything more once you see Strong Bad salting his leg. The Cheat will come and offer him a drink.

After The Cheat goes away (or even before he shows up) you can click on the Homsar pen puppet to bring up a funny Homsar start page.

If you wait for Homestar to come by and ask them to do his taxes - after he says, "Man that is one big adding machine" you can click on the Trogdor game to make it say "Trogdor"

When you have the Homestar expenses displayed, you can click and hold on the last item in the list "straps and practice" to see a picture of.. well, I think it's a guy playing baseball or something. Weird!

Trogdor Game:
Click on the "G" in the TROGDOR title to see some game hints.
During the game you can hit the "k" key to kick the game.
If you score more then 2000 points and then die, you see the Trogdor game secret - The author's name! (Strong Bad loves this!)
Treasure Huts! On level 7 if you burninate the 4 houses in the way and then let burnination shut off you can enter the cottage and pick up gold! (There are other levels with these secrets huts, but I think it only works once? Am I wrong?)

Someone calling themselves 'Mom Your' wrote in to point out that you can see big yellow shag carpet in the beginning of 'In Da Basement' but when Homestar pulls the stool out it sounds like it's sliding on a hardwoord or concrete floor.
