Some stat statistics, a.k.a. don't sweat the vote!

Howdy all,
Well, I was curious about a few things, especially just how close the scores are to each other, so I did a little investigating of the voting results. Because the pictures are large in size (but not in bytes) and might mess up yabb, I've put them at
http://www.ffd2.com/minigame/scorestats.html
The main upshot is that for most of the entires, if just one person had changed their score by one or two points it would have changed the placement of the entry -- i.e. the voting is totally sensitive  (and "fixing" it would probably make it even more sensitive!). The exception is Splatform, which scored way higher than everybody else (and, well, the low end is pretty stable too).
If you scored in the top 40, you did very well. Below that, you still did pretty well . The voting will always be sensitive and subjective, and if you wrote an entry at all, you should be proud of your accomplishment. Soooooo... don't sweat the vote!

Well, to be _honest_ with all of you, the voting for Alien Attack is of some concern.
Most of the votes cluster between 3.0 to 6.0, with 2 votes scoring it a 10!
Now, I did vote on my own program. Both me and my wife selected categories to grade these on, and averaged them together. I think our combined average gave my game between 5.0 and 6.0...
But I cannot see the 10.0 scores I got. So I wonder where I'd fit if those were thrown out...
Not the high 5 I got, probably a middle 4...
