Notes:

• The measurements were made using a black border and background, and 2 char-wide vertical color bars (except for white which is 4 char-wide).
• The measurements were taken using a 20mhz oscilloscope, and captured using a video camera connected to a Vidi-Amiga 12 digitizer.
