Notes:

1. The IFLI display routine is fully NTSC/PAL compatible, but doesn't support the SuperCPU.   It should work fine in 1mhz mode, though.
2. *UPDATE* There is a slight bug in the display routine.   The last 4 scanlines are not displayed with the correct colors.  This was a known issue with the routine and will be fixed on the next release but I forgot to mention it here (I just need to open up the borders and scroll the image 4 pixels up).
